This session includes exploration of Microsoft tools that can be used to enhance the production and performance of school leaders in 21st century learning environments. Office 365 offers tools you can use to collaboratively plan with teachers, lead flipped faculty meetings, communicate with parents/students, gather data, evaluate teachers/staff, and more. Join us to see how we have led digital innovation at a Microsoft Showcase School. Part II of this presentation will feature hands-on activities that will give participants opportunities to begin using these tools within Office 365. |

Leadership Strand: Looking to build an Office 365 tool from scratch or even enhance tools you already using? This session will extend Part I of ‘Driving Change with Office 365.’ Anthony and Darren will take a deeper dive and give participants hands-on opportunities to use Microsoft Office 365 tools to jump-start their Office 365 journey. Participants will learn how to create tools such as Sway, Office Forms, Office 365 Groups, Planner, and/or PowerPoint Recording (flipped faculty meetings) using a step-by-step cadence. |

Leadership Strand: In Creating a Culture of Change we look at structural, organizational, and functional features that create change. Leadership promotes widespread cultural change through a growth mindset with staff. Addison Elementary is a Leader in Me school that has intentionally acted upon our goal of transforming the Media Center into a Digital Age Certifiable Learning Commons as we progress toward STEM certification. Teachers and students alike move daily toward digital workflow, personalized learning growth goals and collaborative community success.
